Lighting laid out around how the property is actually used

Good lighting makes a property safer to walk after dark and keeps it looking cared for at night. We lay out fixtures around what a property actually needs: the walkways people use, the trees and architecture worth showing off, and the dark corners that make a place feel unwelcoming. The same crews that handle our irrigation and landscape work run the wiring, so the lines go in without tearing up your beds or turf.

Our Landscape Lighting Services

From a few path lights along a walkway to a full low voltage system across a commercial property, TMF Services installs outdoor lighting that holds up to Texas weather and is simple to live with.

Low voltage fixtures along walkways, driveways, and steps so people can see where they are going after dark.

Ground mounted fixtures that wash the front of a home or building and bring out brick, stone, and columns at night.

Uplights and well lights set under trees and in planting beds to give the landscape depth after sunset.

We size the transformer, run the low voltage wire, and bury the lines cleanly through existing beds and turf.

Dim, flickering, or dead fixtures get diagnosed and replaced, including connections that have corroded underground.

LED fixtures that stay mounted year round and change color when you want them to.

Sprinkler installs, repairs, and drainage work from the same crews.

How It Works

We keep landscape lighting simple. We walk the property, show you where the fixtures go, install it, and stay available after.

Estimate

We walk the property after dark when we can, look at the layout and the existing power, and give you a written estimate.

Plan & Proposal

Our team maps fixture placement around your walkways, plantings, and architecture, then puts it in a proposal you can review.

Scheduled Install

We set the transformer, run and bury the wiring, mount the fixtures, and aim every light once it is dark.

Ongoing Support

Bulbs, timers, and buried connections need attention over time. We stay available for adjustments and repairs.

Landscape Lighting Through the Year in DFW

Summer

Long days mean the timer should start later. We reset run times so lights are not burning through the evening for no reason.

Fall

Sunset moves up fast. Timers get adjusted again, and we trim back growth that has started blocking fixtures.

Winter

Freezes and moisture are hard on buried connections and fixture seals. We check for water intrusion and corroded splices.

Spring

Lenses get cleaned, fixtures that shifted over winter get re-aimed, and new plantings get worked into the layout.
